Bultaco pursang carburetor question?

I have a bultaco pursang 250 with a 932 amal carburetor. I wonder why my bultaco has slight hesitation when I open up the throttle wide before it takes off. My idle is not the greatest and it tends to move around. My engine seems to be fine.
