Would they do an ultrasound right away?

Okay so I got off bc 3 weeks ago. I had a spotty withdrawal bleed. We have about every second day (I was on bc for 5 months). My have changed a lot. My areolas are darker and swollen.. My veins run through them and are much more noticeable.. They don't hurt but they get idk this weird feeling...? In the morning when I wake up they hurt a lot, the nipple mostly. I'm not bloated, I do have low back pain and little headaches.. Anyways I took a cheap dollar test and I peed to much on it.. I took it apart and saw the dye was swirled around and didn't go through the result window.. I took the 2 square chemical compounds(dye and chemical reaction for hcg) and brushed them ontop of the test area, 2 faint libes appeared.. Unsure I bought 4 first response tests- took one at 3 pm today- and got the faintest of the second line. So faint I think I'm imagining it! So I'll take another Tmr! Ugh.. So anyways I'm wondering since I was on bc would they do an ultrasound to see how far along I could be? Or just wait a couple weeks?
