Writing a novel where characters meet in a chat room... what site should I use?

I'm writing a novel where characters meet in a chat room, but I don't know what to say for the name of the site. I found a real site which is set up just perfectly for the story I'm writing, but is that copyright infringement? And if it isn't do you think its wise to use a real site? Or should I make one up? If I go with a fictional chatroom is there a place where I can look at a list of website names which are not in use? (I don't want to have to type in something I thought up into the url bar cause that's bound to take forever.)
