Girlies????chikas????i need some help please!?

ok so im pretty much 13(turn 13 in couple of weeks) im in 8th grade and i have very very very heavy discharge and ive been getting really nauseous sometimes. and i was fine until 2nd period when i had really bad cramps where i couldn't catch my breath or stand up after the bel rang. everyone was just looking at me. so i forced myself to get up. its happened a couple of times this month. btw my mom and sis got theirs in 9th grade. please i just need some help! and i know that there is no specific time!
