TONGUE PIERCING HELP!!!! :/?

Okay I jus got ma tongue pierced thursday night its swelled up buh not past the bar so I'm pretty sure that's normal swelling for the next couple of days but ma problem is tha ball on the bottom of tha tongue is irritating not tha bottom of ma tongue but tha skin it lays on(tha bottom ov ma mouth) and it just started bleeding today but not bad just I can tell it was bleeding a lil and its irritating but it feels worse then ma piercing is it normal?
