How do you even know if you love a person? Would appreciate any answers.?

I think it is safe to say it when you don't question you love the person. So many people use that term when it's not even true. I guess some people think it's what you're supposed to say, but I think if you love someone you don't have to ask yourself. You will just know. Maybe people would be happier if it had an actual meaning instead of what you "have" to say.
