He went from super friendly to hating me :S what shall I do? Im confused?

Sounds immature, work relationships are CRAP!! Believe me, been there, done that!! At the end of the day you have to be professional at work and it can be hard if things like this happen. Just apologise, say you didn't mean any harm and hope we can together still. If he doesn't listen he is the one with problem love xxx
