What to do about a false ual abuse statement?

My husband been accused on ual abuse of his female cousin. This allege occur 11 years ago. She has mental problems and experiment on drugs. She is in a juvenile center now because she cut her mother and brothers up in a knife. Her sister and her mother are witnesses for my husband Innocent. They give statements to the DHS worker. Now DHS wants his statement. Will this case be dismissed?
