Who is your favorite active mlb player?

My favorite player is Alex Rodriguez. I think he is the most complete player in baseball. He hits for power, average, has speed and is an above average fielder. He is capable of playing shortstop or third base. He has won an MVP at both positions. He came up as a nineteen year old with Seattle, and it was obvious from the start that he was going to be a great player. He has dealt well with the pressure of playing in New York along side of Derek Jeter, the most popular athlete in New York over the last 10 years. The Yankees play better when he is in the lineup batting fourth. The Yankees have begun their great play after he got back from his time on the disabled list. I always hope that Rodriguez plays well and leads the Yankees to a win.
