Can you help me with a Turbocharger setup?

Check out ls1tech.com lots of info over there. You can use stock engine under 7-9psi with a good tune and fuel system (proper size injectors and pump/reg). If you have the engine apart go for a arp headstuds and katech rodbolts. Cam check out thunderracing.com for a custom spec'd cam. As for that turbo kit i wouldnt go for it theres TOO much missing all the hot side and cold side piping needs to be fabbed plus no manifolds ITS ONLY 2 no-name turbos and wastegates.
