Extra ??

I have 2 extra lumps of flesh under my armpits that feel very soft, both have -like shape at the tip which look like extra s. I'm so embarr abt it that I dun dare to wear any sleeveless shirt unless the cutting is high enough to cover them. Most bra cutting are not high enough to prevent the flesh from exposing even under clothes.. Do anyone experience this? What can i do abt it?
