For Filipino travellers who came back to Manila were you? (see details)?

Having been away for 2 years I was excited to see some lanes drawn upon some roadways and traffic was flowing smoother. Then came rush hour and it was as if the lines disappeared and jeepneys quickly jammed the traffic behind them breaking the laws as they went. Traffic will continue to be a problem as long as the laws and lanes are ignored and not enforced.
