Girlfriends daughter does not wnt to do homwork and is acting out.?

Clearly she needs to be in a program where they are trained to deal with children with special needs. Homeschooling her isn't going to help her. She needs to be taught in an environment with other children where they'll teach her that we have to coform to doing our homework and getting along with people in authority. I would image your girlfriend just doesn't have the knowledge or expreince to do this properly. A special program can help. Have her contact child services for help. They can help recommend programs and help her get into one that she'll benefit from.
