Good upper body workouts for woman.?

Chest fly, press, various version of row will target your back which I think is important to do along with the chest exercises to keep your muscles balanced. Start with 5 lb dumbbells for the chest and press to make sure you feel comfortable with the motion before adding more weight. I like to do the chest press in a bridge position with my shoulders resting on either a bench to engage my glutes and core also. For the flys I either lay on a bench with my legs up at 90 degree angle again to work my abdominals or I do the bridge position on a exercise ball.
