Having problems with my significant other because of my adult ADD... anyone?

I think if you guys do it together at the same time it will get it done and neither of you will feel as you are doing it alone... My GF tends to forget to take out the trash when I ask or even wash the dish she just used so what I do it clean around her and she realizes if she don't want to hear me BARk she will get up and help..LOL... I can tend to be a BARKER... it also helps us to keep the house clean and organizes on a daily basis..we both know what part of the house we clean best and we do it together at the same time....I think if you want to help out with out feeling like she is demanding or nagging..try this.... if you see her striaghtening up without her even asking... take the trash out or see whats in the sink to wash... p the broom or something little ... it wll help out and she will have no reason to be annoyed because she will see that you are trying..
