Help 3000GT VR4 Problem?

Hi, I have a 91 VR4 the problem is a rocker arm pop off and i put it back on. i order rocker arm and a lifter. Here is the problem the car will start and run but will not idle and wont start again until the next day? I started it up and rev it to 3000 rpm for like 15 mins no backfire, sputter or anything it sounds great like there no problem, but when i let off the gas it dies and wont start back up again it turns over but wont fire up. Until the next day. Do u guys have any clue what it might be.
