Which of these wires run the lights for the moped?

You could get the motor running and put a multi meter on the cables and see which ones give off a charge, then find an earth and connect a light. I would have a guess and say the Green and white one is an earth and the Yellow and Blue is the Positive. But a circuit tester or multi would tell you.
